August 2017 Boxycharm

I can’t remember if I have mentioned it before but I have been getting Boxycharm for a couple of months now. It is a subscription box that costs $21/month and you get a variety of makeup and skincare products. This month’s box was pretty legit so I thought I would share the products I got with all of you!

~ Moda Pro Brushes ($26)

These are super soft and so far are working really well! the big fluffy brush I have used for bronzer so far and it works like a dream and blends out very well. I have used the smaller chizzeled/weird looking one for contour and have found that it works well also. I have yet to use the blending brush but judging by the other two, I have no worries.

~ Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Volume II ($36)

Everyone got this palette this month and that is huge! This palette retails for $36. So just with this palette, the box pays for itself. I have only had a chance to play around with this palette once so far but the colors seemed soft and easy to blend.

~ Pro Eyelashes by PUR ($14)

I have not had an opportunity to wear these yet but I always love having an extra pair on hand just in case I want tot step up a look!

~#GRLPWR Liquid Lipstick ($14.95)

Honestly, the formula is good but the color is just way to dark for me. I am a more pinky nude type of person and this comes off really dark for me. I might try it again in the fall to see if that helps but right now in August, the color is just not working for me.

~ Waterproof Gel Eyeliner by Bellapierre ($15)

Although this formula is a little stiff, it really does what it says. I put this on my upper water line to help enhance my natural lashes and it is still there at the end of the day WITHOUT bleeding anywhere. This is a good feature because a lot of different eyeliners like to run to the bottom lower line.

TOTAL VALUE: 105.95!!!!!

As you can see, the box is well worth the $21/ month. There are other boxes (Ipsy/Birchbox) that offer a similar base but they are normally just sample sizes. They are also around $10/month. I HIGHLY recommend trying out Boxycharm (and using my referral link :D) if you are stuck in a rut and are looking to try some new beauty products without breaking the bank! Nice thing is you can cancel at anytime and you earn charms with every box you get that you can redeem later.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
